By creating an account or using FurMyLife, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

FurMyLifeis a pet management platform that allows pet owners to manage pet profiles, health records, vaccinations, QR identity tags, Lost & Found reports, and connect with veterinary and training professionals.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide about your pets
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Use FurMyLife for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent pet information
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform

QR codes generated by FurMyLife are linked to the pet profile you configure. Information made visible on a public QR scan is determined by your privacy settings. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to make publicly accessible via QR codes. FurMyLife is not responsible for misuse of publicly shared pet information.

FurMyLife connects pet owners with veterinarians and trainers. We do not provide veterinary or training advice ourselves and are not responsible for the professional advice or services rendered by third-party professionals on the platform. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to FurMyLife (photos, health records, notes). By uploading content, you grant FurMyLife a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

FurMyLifeis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Use of the service is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FurMyLife shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of pet health records or failure to receive timely notifications.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
